Abstract
In this paper, the basic mathematical model and theory of satellite altimetry are introduced briefly in the first. Then, two kinds of fast fourier transform (FFT) technique methods for the inversion oceanic gravity are discussed, and inversion of marine gravity in some Chinese coastal waters from Topex/Poseidon satellite altimetry data is tested. Finally the development of satellite altimetry technology on studying gravity field in China is summarized.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
