Abstract

The paper describes the basic connotation of logistics enterprises,analyzes the current situation of logistics enterprises,discusses the conditions and restraint factors in the process of transformation of China traditional logistics enterprises to modern logistics enterprises and presents some suggestions and countermeasures for the transformation.
