Abstract

Along with the development of city construction in Guangzhou, the city image of International Metropolis and Famous Culture City of Guangzhou can be oriented. The city image is composed of prosperous economy, convenient communi cation,advantageous conditions of commercial affairs, plentiful living standard of the people, famous historical city, modern style and features of city and the unique Lingnan culture etc. The construction objective of Guangzhou is to accomplish basically the modernization by 2010.Compaed with this objective, to portray the city image of International Metropolis and Famous Culture City of Guangzhou, still have a long way to go.
