The open fund is the inevitable trend of Chinese invest fund development

The invest fund plays an important role in expanding supplementary money for the security market,improving the structure of the investors in the security market,promoting reasonable investment,spurring the formation of the modern enterprise system and the reform of the state run property system.But for some reason,the close fund restricted by the original condition has not keep up with the times and brought about a series of serious questions.The future development of our invest fund is discussed.A conclusion that the development of the open fund is feasible and necessary is drawn ,through the analysis of the present condition of our invest fund ,the trend of the invest fund in the world ,and the comparison between the open fund and the close fund .What's more ,some advice in developing open fund is given.
