Abstract
Objective To reduce the incidence of children aged 0~2 with nutritional iron deficiency anemia by prevention and tracing guidance among children aged 0~2 years. Methods Health children aged 0-2 years in Siweitang Community were screened for iron deficiency within three consecutive years.Targeted treatment was conducted in patients and dietary intervention for all the children in the community was carried out. Results The hemoglobin values had statistically significance before and after intervention. Conclusion Prevention and tracing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of community children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia.
