Abstract

Combining Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy(FT-NIR) with qualitative analysis of similarity-match,similarity-match identifying models were established respectively by the TQ statistical software based on the NIR reflection spectra of cut tobacco samples of 3 brands, including Honghe(V8),Yunyan(Soft Rarity),Hongshancha(Soft).Established parameters and predicted effects of models were evaluated. Results showed that the similarity match value(SMV) of models samples by the models of 3 brands were more than 90,while of the non-model samples were very low.It meant that the application of FT-NIR spectroscopy combining with the qualitative analysis method of similarity-match could reflect the quality changes of cut tobacco. Therefore, the application of FT-NIR spectroscopy could rapidly and largely identify the cut tobacco, and provided new ideas and methods to control the quality of the cut tobacco.
