On the Means of Merchandiser Training

Since China entered into WTO,as an exclusive working position,merchandiser has being breaking out from foreign trade enterprises and foreign trade manufacturers gradually.And now it became the basic excellent work position of the international business.The demand on merchandiser increases gradually.But current merchandiser training fell behind the demand further.This thesis intends to find out the shortage of merchandiser training by analyzing the current situation of the demand on merchandisers and merchandiser training;then puts forward the scientific mode of merchandiser training.
