Legal case teaching and view on teaching system

Abstract

Explore the teaching model in accordance with the combination of rule of law and rule of teaching, by the integration of contents of teaching, teaching model and teaching method, and to promote the quality and efficiency of teaching as well as the study ability of students. Suggest that systematic view is the basic view on law theory teaching and case teaching, and give the operational method and program for exercising the systematic view in the legal case teaching.
