The Impact of Water Price Increases on Inland River Basin Water Management

Water management of northwest inland river basin,which focus on the basis of legislative protection,should not only consider the construction of water systems and the innovation of water rights,but also consider the regulation of water price as a lever of economic. Using the theory of supply and demand to do economic analysis on the heihe river basin,then discusing the impact of water price increases on the solution of water pollution and the transformation of the type of water using market. Under the background of water price increases should be shrengthened,this paper points out that we should construct emission rights platform to solve the problem of water pollution,convert to demand- type of water market to adapt to the development of economic,and implement diffrential pricing in industrial and agricultural water management winthen the watershed study to achieve sustainable development,in the future.
