The nursing research based on nursing culture of the hospital

Objective: To explore the clinical nursing and nursing research based on humane care nursing culture idea. Methods: The nursing culture education was strengthened. The nursing research based on humane care was launched. The position nursing pillow and health education CD were made and used in clinical practice. The combination of humane care idea, clinical nursing and nursing research was explored. Results: The awareness of nursing research based on humane care was increased. The position nursing pillow and health education CD could not only obtained the therapy effect and increased the comfort level, but also let the patients feel more attention, care and respect and the compliance of patients increased. Conclusion: The clinical nursing research based on humane care idea enriched the nursing culture and promoted nursing research.
