Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of bacterial vaginosis detection technology in diagnosis of vaginal infection. Methods:Vaginal secretions of 6 981 cases were detected by combined detection technology of bacterial vaginosis, and routine examination of vaginal secretions was conducted.Results:4 326 cases were diagnosed among 6 981 cases, including 791 cases of bacterial vaginosis(11.33%),1 140 cases of mycotic vaginitis(16.33%),208 cases of trichomonas vaginitis(2.98%).Conclusion:Combined detection technology of bacterial vaginosis is simple, quick and accurate, which can diagnose vaginal infection, indicate changes of vaginal pathogenic bacteria and play a complementary effect combined with leukorrhea routine examination.
