Abstract
Trimethylphosphit was polymerized on 317L stainless steel surface using radio frequency plasma. The chemical character and surface profile of the polymer film was studied using FTIR and SEM.The polymer film's hydrophile was test with contact angle machine. The result showed that plasma polymerized Trimethylphosphit can improve hydrophile of 317L stainless-steel dramatically.
