Abstract

Objective To observe effects of two different mediums molecularHydroxyethyl starch solutions on coagulation function in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods 40 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into HES(200/0.5、group and HES(130/0.4)group were given to have blood acute diluted before general anesthesiainduced, and hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),platelet count(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fbg)and thrombin time(TT)weremeasured when two different medium molecular hydroxyethyl starch solutions were infusedbefore and after 60 minutes. Results when solutions were infused after 60 minutes,Hb.Hct,PLT and Fbg in two group were lower than before infusion,APTT and TT wereprolong than before infusion. And while PLT、Fbg、APTT and TT in HES(130/0.4)group hadfew change than that in HES(200/0.5)group.Conclusion HES(200/0.5) and HES(130/0.4)canenlarge the volume of blood circulatory system,HES(1 30/0.4)has few effects on coagulationfunction in patients undergoing general anesthesia than that in HES(200/0.5).
