The Analysis of Technology Spillover of Foreign Direct Investment

Abstract

The relevant data from the year of 2002～2004 in ten cities of Shanxi were selected and a model of technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment(FDI) in Shanxi Province was established using OLS Regression analysis.Then it drew a conclusion that technology spillover effect of FDI was positive in Shanxi.At the same time,the restriction factors of the small positive effect were analyzed.Finally,the author proposed the strategies to upgrade the technology spillover effect of FDI in Shanxi.
