Abstract
Objective:The optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from terminalia by ultrasonic were studied.Method:The effects of three single fators(including extracting period, proportion of staff mass and ratio of raw materials and solution) on extraction rate of polyphenols were investigated, and the best technical conditions for polyphenols extraction were obtained through orthogonal experiments based on single factor.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:extracting period as 60 min, proportion of staff mass as 60 %,ratio of raw materials and solution as 1∶40.The polyphenols extraction rate was 13.27% in the best technical conditions. Conclusion:Proposed extractron method could effectively avoid polyphcnols decomposition under high temperature and shorten extraction time. The method could be widely applied in labs.
