On the Nature of Investment Fund

Abstract
Investment fund is the product of long harmonization of trust with company.Different from the traditional private trust,investment fund is similar to a company's legal subject of independent personality. The motive for the private trust to develop investment fund is to cut down the deal cost.Since the investing object of investment fund is mobile securities,investment fund must adopt a management structure different from that of the common merchantile businesses.
