Plea Bargaining,as a criminal justice system,has become the basic security of the United States criminal justice system to go right,which has also been extensive development in the United Kingdom,Canada,Germany,Italy and many other countries and regions.The author combed through the origins of plea bargaining,analyzed the plea bargaining system in the perspective of value in the sight of the effectiveness and justice of lawsuit.And the author considered that plea bargaining system could greatly improve the effectiveness of lawsuit.The essential of plea bargaining system is the pursuit of the relative fairness of criminal justice.Combination of our litigation system and judicial reality,plea-bargaining system need more related systems for the protection.
