Abstract
In accordance with the temperature, precipitation, sunshine data, which came from national benchmarks Juxian weather station from January 1969 to December 2008,annual average temperature, annual precipitation, sunshine hours were linear simulatied using least squares,Combining with of 3 years' moving average data, nearly 40 years' changes in the characteristics of temperature, precipitation, sunlight, and extreme temperature, maximum daily precipitation were analyzed. Results showed that the average temperature, extreme minimum temperatures, extreme maximum temperature showed the upward trend, while annual precipitation, annual sunshine hours, and maximum daily precipitation showed the decline trend in during the past 40 years come next year of Juxian.
