Abstract

In this paper the gliding range of the gliding range assited projectile with fins is studied based on the characteric of its aerodynamic force and flight trajectory. Under the assumption with very little changes of gliding phase phase vilocity and angle of attack, the computational formula of horizon gliding range is obtained, at the same time, the expresion of maximum gliding range is also derived without considering the case gliding height affecting the downleg range.
