On Strategies of Repairing Police's Images

Currently police's image in China has some blemishes,which are mainly caused by the low quality of police troops,the lag of supervision mechanism on police,the low salary of police,the rigid minimum on police's work and the deteriorating social circumstance. To repair the police's image,we should perfect the evaluation and employment mechanisms,strengthen police education,raise police's characters,build up check and supervision mechanisms of public security organizations,raise police's salary,establish the prize and punishment system,cancel the rigidity minimum of police work,pay attention to investigation efficiency and set up harmonious police's public relation.
