Abstract
Under the framework of general equilibrium, this paper establishes a theoretical model of international labor division and industrial structural changes, using Heckscher-Ohlin model and classical growth model.Firstly, the model resolves the structural changes in a closed economy into 3 motivators: consumption factor, capital factor and labor factor. Then, the model analyzes the inner and outer factors of structural changes in an open economy.Furthermore,we study the negative impacts on Chinese process of post-industrialization from the pattern of international manufacturing-service labor division.
