Abstract

The contents of metal elements Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg in the stem of medicinal plant Rhizoma Imperatae were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple and accurate, and the results are satisfactory with recoveries of 92.0%—104.4%.and RSDs less than 1.8%.
