Abstract

Organizational Communication is one of the four major topics of the western communication theory family. Due to the introduction and research context of the communication theory,the study of Organizational Communication is almost a vacancy in China. This article traces the history of Organizational Communication studies,defines the interrelations of Management Communication,Public Relations,Organizational Behavior that are closely related to Organizational Communication. It also describes the theoretical and practical significance of Organizational Communication studies.
