Abstract
Applying the pesticide multi-residue screen method of Chemistry Sample Analytical Center of California Food and Agriculture Department, the acetonitrile was used for the extractant and the samples were purified in solid phase extraction plant, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of four pesticide residue in fresh vegetable and fruits including organophosphorous and carbamate, organochlorine and pyrethroid were done by GC-MS.The results showed that the pre-treatment time was 0.5-1.0 hour and the recovery rate was 70%-120%,the relative standard deviation was 0.2%-11.4%.The method could meet the need of pesticide residue analysis. It could save chemical agent, time and work.It could treat many pesticides once and be suitable for fast detection of unknow pesticide residue.
