Discussion about how to control the quality of nursing care in hospitals

Objective: to make nursing quality management more scientific , normative and standardized by improving the quality control measures. Method: Adopt two class four layer nursing quality control mode, namely the whole hospital quality control (quality control of the nursing ministry and the hospital quality control group) and the union quality control (quality control of the charge nurse and the union quality control group) to manage and assure the quality of nursing care and establish active quality information feedback system. Results: by these quality control measures, each union continuously revised and perfected nursing quality standards, practically carried out the nursing quality management regarding patients as the central, annihilated the hidden trouble of nursing limitation and the accidents. Patients got good quality, high level and low price services. The hospital stored outstanding managers synchronously. Conclusion: Two class four layer nursing quality control mode was a kind of valid nursing quality assurance system and it improved the quality of nursing care.
