Abstract

Objective To understand HBV infection status among jobholders of food and public places and provide scientific evidence for HBV prevention and cure.Method HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by ELISA.Results From 2007 to 2009,the positive rate of HBsAg was 0.91% among jobholders of food and public places,the positive rate of HBeAg was 0.16%,the positive rate of HBsAg was decreased year by year.HBsAg and HBeAg positive rates of males were higher than that of females.HBsAg and HBeAg positive rates of different age groups were difference,HBsAg positive rate of 41 to 50 age group was the highest,and HBeAg was highest in 31 to 40 age group.HBsAg positive rate of public food jobholders was higher than that of catering trade.Conclusions The HBsAg positive rates among jobholders of food and public places was obvious low then the level of national and it decreasing year by year.By implementation health education,health promotion,and vaccination can reduce HBV infection.
