On Popularization of Bingary Convex Function

Convex (or concave)function possesses a great number of specific properties,which is widely applied in such aspectts as the the proof of inequality and the estimation of errors.This article presents the definition of binary convex function,and also proves that the binary convex function in open and convex region must be continuous,popularizes jensen′s inequality and establishes the decision theorem of binary convex function.
