Abstract
The fluorescence fiber temperature measurement system proposed in this paper makes use of the technology of the double light paths and double channels measurement as well as the micro fluorescence probe technology in combination with the chemical conversion coating technique and the heat treatment process. The Fast Fourier Transformation(FFT) technique is used to eliminate the noise in the flourescence signal. The results show that the signal to noise(SNR) of the measured fluorescence signal has been improved greatly comparing with the traditional methods, thus the system has higher precision and resolution. This method has resolved the temperature measurement difficult problem in special environment and the electromagnetic interference environment.
