Cerebral vasospasm is always considered as a serious post-subarachnoid-hemorrhage complication,in view of the important position of calcium overload in cerebral vasospasm happening mechanism,many scholars devoted to the research of calcium ion blockers as prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm,among which,nimodipine with definite effect,is recommended for clinical prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm.Here is to review on the research progress of nimodipine as treatment for cerebral vasospasm.
