Abstract
Determined the heavy metals of five plants growing on copper area in Tongling, including Erigeron cannadensis,Artemisia argyi,Artemisia umbrosa,Siberia Cocklebur,China Ixeris of Compositae. The results showed that the copper content was the root of Siberia,Cocklebur was 51.28—95.35mg/kg,was the largest in the simples, and the root of China Ixeris was 15.44—16.60 mg/kg,was the least. The Siberia Cocklebur had a strong absorptive capacity for Cu,Zn,As,Hg.Erigeron cannadensis,Artemisia argyi,Artemisia umbrosa could move Cu from root to shoot easily, and they could grow strong in the bad natural environment,so they could play a significant role in ecological restoration.
