Abstract
In the knowledge economic times, technology innovation plays an important role on the regional economic development, which promotes the change of regional economy growth pattern and production model, facilitates the form of growth role. In order to accelerate China's technology innovation and promote regional development, China should enforce establishment of regional inno- vation net and implantation of regional innovation environment.
