My Opinion on the Human Resource Management(HRM)in University Library

Abstract

This paper analyzes on the problems and shortages existing in the current human resource management of the library,points out that the human resource management must rely on the people-based concept,and discusses on the measures for innovating the human resource management of the library and the requirements of the human resource management for the quality of the librarians.
