Abstract
By considering factors of load distribution among gear teeth during the course of gear engagement,through carrying out interpolating correction on the journey of primitive loading of gear and rain flow count and utilizing the method of 3D finite element analysis,the influence of prediction on bending fatigue life of gear affected by load distribution among gear teeth has been probed.The result of study shows that there are rather big effects on the statistics of load spectrum of gear by considering the load distribution among gear teeth,and lowered the result of prediction on bending fatigue life of gear.
