On Issues of Construction of Small Towns of Fujian Province

This paper holds that the strategic emphasis of the further development of small towns in Fujian Province should stress three levels. Promoting the development and cluster of non-agricultural industry is fundamental, and promoting the reform of management system of small towns is the foundation of the further development of small towns. Some concrete train of thought and countermeasures are put forward in the paper as well.
