Abstract
The effects of NaCl stress on MDA content, membrane permeability,SOD and POD activities of strawberry leaves were studied. The results showed that MDA content and membrane permeability increased, and SOD and POD activities increased first and then decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration and prolonging of stress time. The activity peak of different varieties and treatments appeared at different time.POD played a more important role than SOD in maintaining the membrane permeability.
