Abstract
Objective:To investigate staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB) production and its gene of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) L-forms.Methods:The production of SEB was examined by method ELISA and its gene was observed by PCR after S.aureus was induced into stable L-forms.Results:There was no significant difference in SEB production between S.aureus and its L-forms(P0.05),and positive band of (478 bp) was observed by PCR in S.aureus L-forms.Conclusions:SEB production is not changed and its gene is not lost after S.aureus is changed into L-forms.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
