A Study on the Management of Foreign Teachers' Teaching in Universities

Abstract

The introduction of foreign teachers has produced positive effects in the development of foreign languages teaching and talent cultivation in universities.However,it also produces some new problems in their teaching managements. This paper not only lists the advantages of teaching by foreign teachers but analyzes the problems appeared in their teaching methods as well.Above all,this paper presents some suggestions on strengthening teaching management of foreign teachers.
