Factors and prevention of general surgical wound infection in primary hospital

Objective To study the causes of the infection of general surgical incision and find the effective methods for the prevention and control of incision infection.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively investigated of the 870 patients with general surgical wound infection in Lile people's hospital of Jianghai district,the causes of infection were analyzed,effective prevention and treatment of surgical wound infection were made.Results Thirty-eight patients had postoperative incision infection,the infection rate was 4.3%,variety factors could cause the incision infection.Conclusion Reasons of general surgical infection are various,but canbe actively prevented and treated.
