Research on Normative Use of Information about Credit Investigatees and Legal Protection

At present,either basic theoretical research on legal protection of information about credit investigatees,or system construction of relevant laws and regulations for credit investigation,are in their infancy,resulting in no effective protection of the interests of credit investigatees.To enhance legal protection of credit investigatees,it's necessary to speed up legislation to protect personal credit investigation information,to strengthen the credit investigation law enforcement management,promote the credit investigation industry regulation and self-regulation,and to establish punishment mechanism for discredit as soon as possible.
