Abstract

The total cost management is a complex systems engineering with strong technology and economic policy.It determines the economic and social benefits of enterprises and runs through the operation of the entire process of construction.This paper discusses about the total cost management of construction enterprises from three aspects: the management of project bidding,the cost management in the process of construction project and the analysis of project cost.
