Abstract
[Objective] To purify and identify thyroglobulin of mouse. [Method] Thyroid gland tissues were homogenized and salted out, and then purified by repeated gel filtration on Sphadex G-200. This protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and western Immunoblotting decting. [Result] This protein was verified as the high purified Thyroglobulin. [Conclusion] Sephadex G-200, together with Immunoblotting is a good way to purify and identify thyroglobulin of mouse.
