Abstract

This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of urbanization in Xinjiang with the method of principal component analysis.By making a comparative analysis of the evaluation results and the level of the population urbanization,it decides whether they developed in a coordination way.Combining with the development process of urbanization in Xinjiang since 1978,it investigates the problems in the process of urbanization in Xinjiang in an empirical way,then it concludes with some points.
