On the Balance between National Interests and Foreign Interests

Interests of our own country can be classified as common interests,complementary interests,and special interests from the internal and external perspectives.China attempts to strive for realization of common interests,promote complementary interests,and suspend special interests in order to maintain other interests.With respect to contradictions arising in the course of international development,the new Chinese leadership proposed the concept of harmonious development aimed at securing sustainable cooperative development of China and other countries.
