Abstract
Co-culture is one of the Agrobacterium mediated gene transformation methods.In addition to the choice of antibiotics,Agrobacterium strain and optical density,time of the pre-culture and co-culture,optimization of factors affecting transformation are also very important in developing an efficient genetic transformation protocol.The optimized factors were introduced in co-culture method in order to provide methods and basis for enhancing the efficiency of Agrobacterium mediated transformation.
