Analysis of MPEG-4 Video Codec Streaming System Based on ARM926

Abstract

The principle of MPEG-4 is briefly presented, and then the approach of video memory is also curtly described using MP4 file format; Not only the MPEG-4 video codec but also its operating environment and testing platform are described in detail. Emphases are put on the video codec implementation flows of the MPEG-4 Streaming System Based on ARM926. The system is suitable for video monitoring.
