Abstract
NC machining simulation technology can stimulate the whole process of NC machining vividly.An effective tool is provided in order to validate the reliability of NC machining program and forecast the cutting process.This paper introduces key technology of NC machining stimulation-geometry simulation technology,physical simulation technology and image visualization technology and respectively makes an analysis and review for research results of three key technologies of NC machining stimulation.The development trend of NC machining simulation technology is presented finally.
