Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 160 patients were divided into two groups.80 patients in control group were treated by internal medicine foundation treatment and rehabilitation training.80 patients in treatment group were treated by acupuncture,medication,internal medicine foundation treatment combined with rehabilitation training.The changes of swallowing function score before and after treatment were compared and effect was evaluated two month later.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(97.5%) was higher than that in controlgroup(85.0%,P0.05).There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on Kubota's water test evaluation after treatment in two groups(P0.05).There was obvious difference between two groups on Kubota's water test evaluation after treatment(P0.05).Swallowing function score in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication has obvious effect on dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage,can improve symptom of dysphagia,enhance life quality of patients and improve immunity for reducing the incidence of lung infections.It is safety and no side effect.
