Abstract
In order to guide the distribution network automation system effectively, the problems of distribution network and distribution automation system construction were analyzed. On this basis, the basic principles and ideas to solve the problem were proposed. By analyzing the encountered problems during distribution automation system construction, this paper provided a scientific decision-making basis for the improvement and construction of distribution network automation system. Based on the run indicator for distribution automation system, the health degree factor of distribution automation system was defined, then health degree mathematical model for system, running was established, and those provided scientific support for the distribution automation system construction and operation maintenance.
