Factor Analysis on Influencing the Development of China Women Volleyball Team's Competitive Level in Different Stage

In the thesis,we analyze the main elements that influence the development of China women volleyball team's competitive level,taking documents study,expert visiting,questionnaire,case study and mathematics statistics,the result is following:Different elements affect development alternately,which is called non-synchronousrule. the most main and direct elements are athlete elements,coach elements,training theory and method,competition and training management elements. The indirect elements are politics elements,training condition and scientific research elements,whose significance is raised alternant.
