Abstract

The policy on of religious belief came into effective in the Agrarian Revolution stage, then gradually became ripe during the Anti-Japanese War and was well-developed in the early days after foundation of People's Republic of China, and was systematically improved in the new stage. During the Agrarian Revolution period, the religious policy restricted the freedom of religious belief; during the Anti-Japanese War, it featured the United Front; in the early days after foundation of PRC, it highlighted administration; while in the new stage, it reflects adaptability.
